You'll need to navigate through several of the folders listed here in order to reach your destination. Since the registry holds most of your computer's sensitive system information, consider clicking File and then Export in the top left corner of your screen to back up your registry before proceeding. Click the "WPA Events" folder. Don't expand this one. You should see its contents listed in a window on the right side of the Registry Editor page. Click Modify. These should be several pairs and sequences of random numbers.

It doesn't matter what you put here, but you'll need to keep the format consistent for example, if you deleted four characters, you'll need to replace that section with four characters. Click OK once you're done. This will save your changes. Open the Run tool again. Exclude the quotation marks. Entering this command opens the Windows XP activation wizard. For best results, simply copy and paste this text into the Run field.

This is at the bottom of the "Activate" window. Enter a Windows XP product key.
Note that you may have to attempt this step a few times with different keys. After this process completes, you'll need to confirm your activation of Windows XP.

I need to double check this. This was generated using CAVS I'm now trying to check changelogs on CAVS to see if this was behavior that was intentionally updated in later versions. This was changed in CAVS The vector sets on CSRC were never updated. I vaguely remember toying with this while implementing the RSA algorithms but got incorrect results with our previous tests because the CAVS file was from version At the time, we didn't have a way of scanning changelogs. Thank you for the discussion and detail here.
I'll try to get this into an update soon. Looks like CSRC needs an update in addition. Hey mniforatos , powersmc EH-Acumen I'm taking a look into this, can you share if you've seen this sort of incorrect behavior in any of the other prime generation techniques aside from "Generation of Probable Primes with Conditions Based on Auxiliary Probable Primes"?
I believe I'm following the issue, but if you've seen it elsewhere that would save me some digging. Hey Kritner - I am not aware of this behavior being present in other prime generation techniques.
Hello Kritner - B. This change is on demo in release v1. This change is on prod as of release v1. Skip to content. Star 9. New issue. Jump to bottom. Milestone v1. Copy link. Hello celic , So are you saying that since the values generated can include a 0 in the leftmost bit, that the server will relay that information in the form of bitLens? Does that sound correct? Best Regards, Matt. Hello celic , Okay, thank you for the confirmation. Hello celic , So, I did a little more testing and found that the pattern discussed above does not actually always match the output.
There can be up to 7 padded 0 bits from the front. The value itself can have any number of leading 0s. There are no restrictions from the server.
Take the full rightmost bits based on the bitlens. Best Regards, Matt — You are receiving this because you were mentioned. The server creates a bitlen then generates a random value for it, with no restrictions on the value.
The value could theoretically be full 0 bits. Still the user should grab the rightmost bitlen bits and use them regardless of the value. You are not to force a leading 1 in the value. Ah interesting. Thanks for looking into this!
